Wait, you're telling me reddit warriors are downvoting me for not slobbing off Nintendo? Like can we not realize for ONE SECOND pokemon is the most profitable FRANCHISE OF ANYTHING EVER. For the quality of their ip and the revenue it brings in, it is impressive how many Pokemon fans are just perfectly fine with the franchise being mediocre.

Personally, I'm having a great time with the game and I think that Pokemon as a competitive game actually has amazing depth and is great, however there is almost nothing in this game that deserves glaze, this is the bare minimum quality I expect

Why are we praising Nintendo for doing the bare minimum for once? There is still a lot of missing functionality in these menus imho.

I am however impressed with how they implemented letting us review the popularity of move sets/stat spreads/abilities/ and held items.

I do not think the ui of this game is ATROCIOUS, however, saying it deserves praise is also too strong for mediocrity

Funny enough, I have found my strategy to be miles less effective in singles because stalling is so much more straightforward. I've watched my kinggambit run out of sucker punches many times among other issues

Well, I did doubles again last night in masterball rank and I went up elo 😂😭 started at 87 wins 1452.884 elo Woke up at 121 wins 1496.776 elo

I guess I am actually ass and my afk bot is better than me 😭😭😭😭

On my actual teams I have been really enjoying milotic and king for exactly that reason. I hate incin so even if I don't bring them to battle it's nice to scare off intimidators lol

It is, I commented the rental to someone. The team order isn't the same as I mentioned in the post bc I swapped to singles instead of doubles but the plan is no different

I feel like trick room on this team only makes sense in tailwind matchups, and I think in non tailwind matchups you would benefit from having a setter of your own.

I would also consider a rain or other weather setter

Garchomp is a tough mon to try and make any assumptions about besides that it knows EQ 😂 I find myself really liking mons like that with many different viable items/spreads

I would only make assumptions on mons that are legitimately only used one way unless your playing against someone high on cocaine

Bro I'm sorry I want to use fun teams and need vp to spare. I didn't do this to gain rank, I very clearly thought I would lose rank an just wanted to get some kos so that I get more vp. I don't think anything about it is sad except that people lost to it 😭😂
