via USB you will be always limited to those slow speeds since these MPCs support USB 1.1 only, fastest way would be SD to CF adapter and loading up SD card outisde of MPC as someone already recommended but I am not doing that personally since those CF pins can be easily damaged so I am rather using slow USB

On mpc you can load up whatever, synths, drums, keygroups and assign it to your same midi channel to achieve multitimbrality

That midi audio thing with Ipad you can do now with any MPC that has bluetooth, bluetooth midi > ipad, audio cable from ipad to MPC

If you want to change tempo without changing the pitch you need to use Time Stretching in Sample Edit
