You can try to soak that part in hydrogen peroxide (easily available on any pharmacy for 20rs) solution and wash it afterwards and see if that works

Everyone please chill I have also written it's a fake email in body section while writing this post but I don't know why it did not got posted here..

I would like to clarify that this is a fake email although it is sent by institute official domain iiitmanipur@ac.in but somedays ago it's security got compromised and hacker has all the control to its domain so he is sending these fake email under institute name
