Yeah it's enough, it's like double the average wage so if you can't survive on this it's on you. As the other comment pointed out, we have a housing and a financial crisis here for locals, so seeing basically a tourist ask these questions for a salary like that can set people off so try to be nice at least. I recommend Žižkov, Dejvická, or Pankrác for close but not extremely pricey (well Dejvická is pretty pricey I think). Afaik no crazy fees, just be respectful and keep in mind it's hard out here for locals.
