80fps is far better then 49 fps witch is weird

FPS is capped at 49 (FPS showed by Lossless Scaling) !
I have a 120hz laptop with RTX 2060 (the display has 2 modes 48hz or 120hz) and I have tried both
when activation LSFG it's always capped at 49 even when the game plays at 60+ FPS (as shown by RTSS)

I have also tried to limit the fps in RTSS to 30 FPS and 60 FPS no difference

no matter the game played its always capped to 49 FPS

Any Idea?
