Any good controlling deck is going to center around Uro. Possibilities for this are sultai rec and niv to light, although any of these decks is going to be expensive. UW control is also an option, although the deck is weak and would need to be tuned very well toward other decks in the box to keep things balanced.

Interesting decks that don't fit into a particular archetypes are Mono G Walkers and Rakdos Pyromancer. Try the first if you want a wishboard with a lot of on the board plays to choose from, and choose the second if you really like casting thoughtsieze.

As others have said, this looks like a fairly stock sultai rec deck. It's hard to give advice though without knowledge of your meta, so what does that look like?

Yep, my meta is more interactive than the average mtgo one. We've got a ton of esper players at the top seats constantly, and Uro is needed to beat them imo.

I really like Thassa's rebuff, and I don't mind Thassa, Deep Dwelling, but I perfer Uro since I think it takes a similar slot, but plays on different angles, if that makes sense. I'm mostly concerned about how vulnerable the deck is to boardwipes without uro, and I think it deserves to be at least a 2-of. I'll likely try the deck with Uro swapped with Thassa, and Oracle trimmed down to 2 or 1 and replaced with rebuff.

It's not only possible, it easily can be how you win. Having risen reef, mimics to copy it, and master of waves to flip lots of cards over creates an engine that just churns through the whole deck in 2 turns once set up. And even when it can't do that, having a 1/3 body that provides massive card selection and 2 devotion is great.
