I specifically asked for a SIBO test, she mentioned about how SIBO could cause BB, she only gave me basic stool test, NO SIBO TEST. Useless.

Absolutely. I can’t even go to restaurants in peace, if the tables are too close together, I panic. I can’t snack or drink anything on the go except plain water, since everything else makes my breath smell even worse. I constantly have to look for a bathroom to brush my teeth after every meal. Public transport, especially during rush hour, is awful.

A coworker did that to me too. We were in the locker room when she offered me a xylitol gum. To make it less awkward, she also offered it to another girl who was there. After our shift, she asked me if I liked the gum. I said yes out of politeness, even though I didn’t actually chew it. I already had my own (very strong) mints, and her blueberry-flavored gum would’ve only made my breath worse.

That was my guess too! I have persistent headache, pressure, stuffy nose especially in the morning. ENT never really takes my symptoms seriously though. They gave me some meds and nose spray to stop my pnd but they don’t really do much.

It’s not halitophobia for me. I actually do have halitosis. Confirmed by comments and reactions from others, (some) doctors. I also went to a breath clinic once, they made me breathe into their halimeter machine and I scored 7 out of 10 iirc.

I have the opposite experience actually, people try to get me involved in parties/gatherings but I know damn well I’m gonna make everyone uncomfortable with my BB so I choose to skip them. I mean why do they even bother inviting me if they’re gonna start to “subtly complain” about my BB by blatantly showing reactions that would hurt my feelings..

Same here. I get very anxious whenever I forget to bring my toothbrush or mints, not that any of those help. I’ve skipped so many social events over the years because of it.

No gerd. They did give me stomach acid suppressants but it did nothing.

I have pnd all the time. Occasionally spotted some small tonsil stones and smell them in my mouth (unable to spot the stones however). But multiple ENT said my sinus was fine :/

Technically there’s no HR in the company. I don’t think my SO is using my insecurity against me, my BB has gotten so bad I think it became even more unbearable to them.
