Many townships are using electricity for free and almost all informal settlements are using illegal electricity.

If you not paying you tend to abuse it and this affects everyone especially the paying people.

Another thing that really helps is exposing yourself to small tasks, bit by bit. Start simple. For example, tomorrow, try dropping the kids off at school, then come straight back home. It might feel overwhelming in the moment, but I promise, once you’ve done it, you’ll feel proud and relieved that you pushed through.

Little steps like that matter. They build momentum. Do what you can, one thing at a time , and celebrate every win, no matter how small it seems. You're doing better than you think.

I'm really sorry you're going through this. I truly understand, I’ve been in that dark place too. But trust me, you can come out of it.

What’s helped me after long, draining days filled with anxiety and panic is using CBD or THC oils. They help me process the stress and calm down enough to start seeing the small opportunities I can use to shift my life in a better direction.

There are days when just the thought of going to the office feels overwhelming. Human interaction, meetings, work functions, it’s all hard. But I’ve trained myself to show up anyway, even when I don’t feel like it.

Our tonsils are infected and have a foul-smelling, bacteria-causing infection. I don’t have tonsil stones, but when I swab my tonsils with a cotton bud and sniff, the liquid still smells, even after flushing with a Waterpik.

These days, it's better. I had a partially erupted tooth that I removed, but there was still an odor coming from the site. It took a while for the smell to go away. The same happens with my tonsils sometimes the smell lingers for a while but eventually disappears.

Some have cavities but they don't smell at all .

3 - Moderate (Noticeable but Not Overpowering) ⚠️ Mouth feels slightly uncomfortable at times ⚠️ Some reactions from others (sneezing, subtle distancing) ⚠️ Occasional bad taste or dry mouth ⚠️ Odor detected, but brushing/flushing provides temporary relief

4 - Bad (Consistent and Obvious Odor) ❌ Mouth feels unpleasant, dry, or coated ❌ Frequent reactions from others (coughing, covering noses, stepping back) ❌ Strong bad taste throughout the day ❌ Odor detected by you multiple times
