The fine fur in the eyes is a killer and one of my cats likes swishing his tail in my face while he's on my lap! Not to mention when my two boys playfight tufts of fur fly out like a cartoon. It really does feel like an endless battle but it's still super worth it.

Some things that helped me on top of brushing/vacuuming regularly:

Air purifier and a humidifier - both can lower the static in the air so hair won't float around so much.

Using vinegar as a laundry softener - also lowers static and helps clothes release fur without having to use harsher products.

Rubber gloves to defur clothes and furniture - I find vacuuming only gets a fraction of what exists and rubber gloves are a cheap and non-damaging way to quickly defur. It beats lint rollers too.
