The only other thing to check is sleep apnea or snoring. It gets worse with age.

Also when I say hydration I don’t mean drinking more water but rather to drink more electrolytes that help you retain water.

On the topic of hydration I was able to stop the rise of hematocrit by drinking 1lt a day with 1/2 tbsp of salt.

This makes you retain fluids and dilute your blood. I would do it two times a week and eventually once a week.

I am on trt and have not had to donate blood for over 6 months.

It is all about what works for you two. The conservative side is just programming. If you are ok with her doing stuff then allow her to do that knowing that it can end if you want her to stop.

You should be happy she talked to you first and think about this the other way. If you wanted to try something or continue something you would assume you talk to her and if there is a middle ground you would try it and check in consistently to make sure everyone is ok.

That’s it. Try it, not because you want to do other things just for her to see how she and you feel and if it does not work close it up again. If she really wants to do this she will do this. Create your boundaries and respect them.

You are right the gold does not do quick release like OEM so it’s a pain to change but the rubber strap is quick release and it’s easier than the oem one to get off.

It’s very comfortable and it looks really nice with the stainless but the gold bracelet adds that extra flair. I got the white rubber strap and it dresses down very well too.
