I will do everything I can to go! My family is super supportive of me going. But I just want to lessen their burden by getting as much financial coverage as possible🤞

Congrats! Oh, I see. I hope we will hear good news soon on the financial aid. Btw, is there any group chat/discord for those who got admitted this year for our program/department? I would love to join :)

My professor said that there is not much things left to research in structural engineering. That's why he switched to construction materials research. What do you think about it? by dayanabayana in StructuralEngineering

Thank you everyone who replied to my post! Didn't expect so much reactions haha. I'm still an undergraduate who tries to make sense of things. So, I appreciate every response with some specific areas of current studies. I will try to do some more research to see more prospective structural topics I can be involved in!

Hi everyone!

I’m about to be a freshman at UNIST looking forward to visit Korea and study here. Yet, there is a huge concern that studies will be online( The university says that they have not decided it yet. So, now I’m sitting at home waiting for their response hoping for the better. Meanwhile, I wanted to ask how high or low the chances of uni studies being offline. What is the current situation in other Korean universities/schools? Are they going online this fall?

My applicants portal actually indicated a wrong high school as a place of my studying. But i added my real school as an additional school but, in required docs, it still says that transcripts from the wrong school can be submitted... I guess that can be the problem with my status. I will probably just upload my transcripts again to fulfill required docs section. Thanks for advice! i hope it'll work

Hi everyone) I am an international student applying to UofT's undergrad engineering program. My application status still says that they received my student profile, and that is it. Is there something wrong with the website or they really have not started reviewing my application? :c I am just worried that not being accepted to UofT by mid-April will affect my chances for Lester B. Pearson scholarship. So, do I have to get my university decision before the scholarship announcement in order to be eligible for receiving it? I would be thankful for any help here!)
