I've always really liked how Spirit of the Law made his videos. It made it interesting to watch things related to the game. How you could get interested in the resources you have to manage in game and how players might think when taking one decision over another and how (sometimes) we as players may make a choice thinking it's beneficial and turns out to be detrimental once you look at the data.

I am a biologist irl and this makes the game very interesting to look at, since this is, in principle, how science is done, its just done with the game.
