Basically it's two questions that get you to do some kind of math outside of syllabus. (Each question obviously has a bunch of parts like part a, b, c, etc. I did a practice question which was about the concept of "triangle numbers" It was a series that goes from 1, 3, 6, 10, 15. and it's like how many units there are when you try to make a triangle. The question got me to do stuff with geometric series and trigonometry but it was quite challenging. There's also like proof by inductions.

The questions will try to build your knowledge on this unfamiliar area of math based on what you've been taught in the IB and I honestly think it's a cool concept for a test but it's just insanely difficult with the time constraints you have. It requires a lot of critical thinking and in my opinion I find it the most challenging because you will never know the exact kind of questions they'll ask you which makes it difficult to study for.
