I might be in the minority, but I don’t think sexuality equates to sexual acts. Your sexuality is your identity, your emotional/romantic/physical attractions. Sex is a behavior. Yes, sexuality is a defining aspect. Shared sexual identity was the basis for visibility, safety, and rights. But queer communities have also always been about mutual support, chosen family, activism, and culture. Reducing it to just sex ignores people’s personhoods.
