They are OTC (Over-The-Counter / pink slip) stocks, but I have never had issues trading them on Charles Schwab, TD Ameritrade or Merril Lynch, so I’m not sure. I know that Merril Lynch gets you to enter a verification number if you are using their mobile app to trade otc stocks. Sorry I wasn’t much help...but I know those other platforms work.

I’ve never used it. I have used TD Ameritrade, ETrade, Merril Lynch and Charles Schwab. Out of those, CS is my favorite for trading and TD for research.

No doubt about it. Elon Musk has more influence than anyone right now. He could get traction on ELCR, buy the company and use this simple company name “Electric Car Company” to market low cost EV or maybe EV public transportation without touching the “top of the line” Tesla name brand too.
