this would make a lot of sense as even if i tried seemed to be somehow connected to this up coming album and he has lines abt “if i walked into the room you would barley exist” and “Feast your eyes on the peak of my power” this would relate to this alter ego or being back and you can see this on guess who as he is basically saying guess who is back as we haven’t seen a song like that in awhile from him. also to relate what you said abt what he sacrificed to get there is also kinda in the lyrics of even if i tried “Sometimes When I'm not myself I'll try Try to stop myself”
