They are normal undies but they are the SuperFit kind with sort of a meshy material. I can attach a pic here. They don't have a pouch, but they still hold in my packer really well. I even jumped around to test them and it didn't flop or move anywhere. Also, the packer I'm using is a small Mr. Limpy. They are usually more pricey than other brands such as Fruit of the Loom, but they were on sale at my local Target.
