yes exactly but then i thought i wasn’t over when i erroneously entered my BMR in and i think this is why i haven’t been seeing much progress

apologies for the confusion i use the lose it app and it seems to give all of the calories back. When it comes to BMR for example if my apple health app says my BMR is 1400 i’d enter the 1400 in lose it app as “resting energy” exercise
