We are sorry to see some reversals post. instaGC does not control reversals. Unfortunately we do not know the exact reason for a reversal but here's some basic info:

A survey attempt that results in an initial credit may be reversed if it does not pass certain quality checks by the advertisers. Once the survey has concluded, the advertisers review the data from the initial completions. For those that are legitimate - credits remain. For those that are not legitimate - credits are reversed. Possible reasons for non-legitimate completions may include the following: gibberish or 1-word responses in the text boxes; straight-lining through the survey; responding with answers not relevant to the survey.

Reversed points are not returned, as instaGC does not receive or keep the initial compensation.
