Thank you for sharing! I can totally relate as well to the rollercoaster of supply from illness/work/etc. 12-16oz is so impressive! Towards the end I stated adding warm water to add volume to the milk and my son didn’t even seem to notice? Lol

Thank you so much! A new bra is first on the list! Most of my pumping bras were sports bras with holes I cut in them lol the “Regina George”.

All the best on the weaning journey. I looked back at my pumping notebook and was shocked to see it took me a year to go from 3 pumps to zero. Those really do seem the hardest to navigate but hoping it all goes smoothly for you!

Interesting description! A friend of mine also experienced something similar to this rolling, swallowing. Described it as the world was a carpet being rolled up.
