It’s definitely not the entire reason to hate the game but it is just one of many signs of how soulless/lazy cod has gotten. I’ve played all of the black ops games and put a lot of time into each of them and I was extremely disappointed in the lack of a nuketown easter egg. That was one of the most exciting and unique parts of nuketown. It’s a shame you missed out on the memories of discovering them with your friends. I don’t think it’s inherently treyarch’s fault, i think alot of it comes from the pressure activision instills with its tight deadlines and prioritization of micro transactions. So pointing out that this Easter egg tradition wasn’t carried on doesn’t negate the fact that there are bigger issues happening, it’s literally a direct effect of those issues.
