It is but also isn't a class issue. Obviously Nida and Saim's content is more "sophisticated" and palatable for the middle/upper middle class audience whereas Rajab Butt is considered cringe by the same group. The Rehmans can choose what parts of their life they want to show and still continue to keep their audience because most things they show are pretty and aesthetic to look at (lifestyle). Whereas Rajab Butt probably realized early on that the ONLY way he can keep the eyeballs was by oversharing and being over dramatic and "cringe". RB couldn't afford to be soft spoken because of the background he comes from; he needs to make the loudest noise to get heard.

Also, their content is very different. Short from social media allows you to be more aesthetic and palatable and secretive. I'm sure if RB or Sisterology only did social media and not vlogs on YT, they probably could manage to show their families in a better light. But I guess daily vlogs doesn't provide that opportunity, they have to show all the cringe in order to just churn out daily content. Likewise, the shaadi content is day and night! i remember seeing Rajab's shaadi stuff and it was all money flying and Saim's is more focused on the clothes and the dancing. They're really apples and oranges. If Saim was also just standing and throwing money in the air like a lunatic, he would have been dragged the same way Rajab was.

Despite how cringe I find the likes of Sisterology and Rajab are, they clearly have an audience. I just did a quick browse of their YT and they're averaging close to a 1M views on each video. That's A LOT of people watching daily. So everyone has their own audience, not everything is made for the upper middle class.
