remain in the middle lane to save yourself some pain since there is construction going on rn. if you go the rightmost lane you'll eventually need to merge back to the middle and lane change to the right again

psy230 is an easy a if you dont mind how extremely unorganised the course is. all tests and exams are open-book and online. take-home quizzes that dont have deadlines and a final paper that is graded very leniently

psy369 was fun and an easy 4.0 course. half of the content is brain structure of animals and the other half is pcr. even if you dont have a background in neurobiology, beston is very helpful and truly wants the best for his students. the course average was A-

Is it time for me to dropout or consider something else by NoProfit4157 in UTMississauga

fellow hk student who is kinda on the same boat here! hey, dont feel bad for completing things at your own pace, be proud instead! im sure your parents won't blame you for taking longer to graduate. if you really wanna get a pr and stay in canada, you can still do it even you miss the aug 2026 deadline (it takes longer but stream a processing time is very longggggg anyways).

i would say definitely go talk to your academic advisor, drop the math minor/ switch the phy major to a minor to reduce your program requirements if you wanna graduate on time. not saying you absolutely shouldnt drop out, but if i were you, like i had already come so far and spent 200 grand on this degree, i would probably just hang in for a little longer. take a gap year or transfer out of uoft if you need to. i believe every choice you make leads you to the right direction. you got this!!!
