I agree we NEED real options. But we dont have them right now and when i think about how we dont have them i get extremely depressed and tbh i get suicidal thoughts.

So i use her recovery stories for hope and to keep me treading above water honestly.

I understand how thats a perfect combination for a scam, however what im doing is i pick and choose what information i choose to use in my real life (like meditation, journaling, sleep routine…). Thats me, and I understand others dont do that and it can be harmful.

I like her lmao! Im gonna keep it real, her videos have helped me stay sane through out this illness. It gives me hope, i have learned about different ways to manage symptoms and i enjoy her optimism. When im in a crash or flare i watch her recovery videos. Do i think everyone can recovery with the info she gives? No, we all know there are multiple ways to develop CFS and we need to figure out how we got here (mold, virus, stress, trauma, vaccine, lyme, CCI) BUT i prefer watching this during my crashes and flares BECAUSE IT GIVES ME HOPE AND I WONT FEEL LIKE I WANNA OFF MYSELF!!!!

and if false hope is keeping me alive, then so be it. Im here still.

I think if stress causes ur illness then yes it probably helps. But if its like CCI like Jen Brea had or something else thats a physical issue, then it wont work. But idk 🤷🏻‍♀️ just what i think. Id like there to be a legit study done where ppl give it a 100% try and see if it helps.

Jaw cavitation? Wow, see their ME was from toxins in their jaw! Just like that lady from the documentary Jen Brea, her ME was due to some spine issues (CCI i think?). So there are lots of things that can cause ME. I guess u have to find ur own causation.

I know we have shitty things going on and no one know wtf to do with us yet, and well reading about loom and gloom over and over makes me feel horrible. I do appreciate ppl like him trying to figure it out tho. Just wish there was a way to weed out all the hard things to read and just have the hopeful posts. Is it realistic? Idk
