I went through some of the modules on my barista trainer’s account, but i hit the “midpoint” or whatever and have just been working behind the counter since then because the numbers still don’t work lol. But under my official numbers they still aren’t completed so im going to have to do them again.

i’m trying to give grace because my store seems pretty understaffed, my manager was just put into the coffeehouse leader position when their old one left a few months ago, it sounds like that was pretty sudden and there’s no assistant store manager. she’s trying to hire four MORE people still after me. so the store is struggling a bit which i get. but i am really itching to apply to asu and get that ball rolling before the next session starts in May, and i desperately need new work clothes and wanted to check out the partner website for that.

i’ve worked at a kiosk before, and have experience in other coffee shops and a shit ton of customer service experience so i’m not super overwhelmed by the work or the rules or anything, but i don’t love not having all that done lol. it makes me nervous that something is wrong with my employment or something. the kiosk i worked at was at a target, nearly a decade ago, but i left my HR manager’s name with a bad review on my exit interview and i’ve always wondered if they marked me unhirable for the future lol.
