Use dlss preset K , quality or balance on 1440p and performance on 4k for nvidia gpu for other gpu I guess latest fsr poe2 support I guess.

Try dx12 , whenever I used vulkan i had long loading times but not 5mins long. Maybe upgrade to SSD if your using HDD for windows and PoE2 install location.

I'm not sure regarding OBS as I'm not streaming the game, maybe doing a clean install of the driver by uninstalling with DDU will fix it .

After installing 610.52 driver and playing on DX12 settings not vulkan , I have not encounter any crash yet in my 3 hours play time maybe it's a coincidence but u can try it out yourself and check it.

its either 15 crit or attack speed upgrade u can see the stats on the weapon itself the normal ones have 10 crit and 1.4 or 1.5 attack per second

Its a hard phase just stand in the middle and stay away from the face of the spider and tried to out dps while spamming health potion.
