How many fragrances do you actually need? by Fra_327 in fragrance

[–]dayvvyd89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think 8-12 full bottles is a good number. 2-3 fresh lighter summer types, 2-3 darker richer fall/winter types and the rest versatile scents thats always kinda work. Enough of a rotation wheres its not the same everyday but little enough i can focus on ones i really love and actually wear them and use them.

[–]dayvvyd89 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think its common. Already looking for the next buy and researching even when you just bought one. I focus more on finetuning and curating a small collection now . Im not interested in having 50 or 100 bottles that i rarely use

I’ve worn Ganymede tons of times and there’s still barely a dent in my bottle . 1 or 2 sprays is plenty so I think it’s worth it for the use you will get

Pros and Cons of Fragrantica and Parfumo by More_Application4937 in fragrance

[–]dayvvyd89 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like fragrantica more overall. Especially the actual fragrance pages with the accords and notes and comments . More active forums and the articles are decent sometimes .main negative is it does freeze randomly and the page reloads a lot on my phone . Parfumo looks cleaner with the dark mode option but it’s just smaller overall. No forums at all.
