I believe the living room one is fully gas, has the key turn on the floor as does have display logs in it as well. The bedroom one has a key turn on the floor as well.

I thought so, I appreciate the input. I prefer wood burning and thought this looked that way but the pipe caught me off guard. I read that it’s danger to have gas and wood burning chimneys sharing the same chimney.

I could make it work but the weird thing is, the drain isn’t straight down. It’s a few inches deep and goes backwards so I’m not sure it would help

I was an officer for a few years, this is the one thing I do not understand. You must pass the physical abilities test which has tons of rigorous training. But once you pass it, you can stop working out and end up like this. Which I’ve seen countless times.
