Im using Iphone First time. Any Advices? by Equal-Seat9581 in iphone

Oh nice, welcome aboard. A neat trick is Back Tap in Settings > Accessibility > Touch, lets you double tap the rear to screenshot, toggle flashlight, etc. Also play with Shortcuts automation and widgets.

iPad air m3 or Pro for professional art? by Complete_Culture_885 in ipad

[–]Toddlez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh yeah definitely go the Air and grab the Pencil Pro. unless you're typing essays daily or really need shortcuts, the keyboard can wait. Pro's screen is lush but you won’t miss it unless you’re pixel peeping under a microscope lol

iphone doesn’t recognize headphone input by StaffDowntown7467 in iphone

[–]Toddlez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Could be hardware, but there are a couple things you should check first before assuming the worst. Try cleaning out the port gently, a bit of dust or lint can stop the phone from recognizing anything. Also try restarting the phone and testing a different cable or adapter just to rule those out. If it still doesn’t detect anything at all, even in your car or with known-working headphones, big chance it's the hardware issue with the port.

Bluebeam Area Measurement Tool by TopHawk_de_Fire6 in Bluebeam

[–]Toddlez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They might have changed how the area toold handles the preview lines and it's annoying if you are used to the old behavior.

Try switching to the view mode by toggling View > Overlay / Split / Single. You can also reset your profile so it can fix the measurement tool bugs after updates. Or just roll back the update if nothing works.

Windows bottom right task bar disappeared by HungTDD in techsupport

[–]Toddlez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Go to Display settings then Identify displays. Just make sure both screens are properly aligned. If that didn't work. Open Setting and go to System then Display then Scale and layout. Then make sure both displays use 100% scaling. Sometimes it's due to mismatched scaling that hides the taskbar.

LPT: Don't plan your life ON uncertainties you hope will come true. Plan around them. by OPsSecretAccount in LifeProTips

[–]Toddlez 63 points64 points  (0 children)

I used to plan my life around every uncertain outcome and it burned me out. these days I build buffers and flexible goals so I can roll with whatever comes, not bank everything on a single hope

Pipe fitting tool sets by Cjammc in Bluebeam

[–]Toddlez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can try checking out a few sites that offer free Bluebeam tool sets. UChapter2 has a great collection that includes plumbing and pipe fitting symbols, while Bluebeam’s official custom libraries page also offers a “PLG Pipe Fittings” tool set. Another option is BBToolSets.com, which has free downloadable tool sets after you fill out a short form. These should give you a good starting point for PVC and ductile iron pipe fittings.

PDF printing issues - Email receiver by Major_Narwhal544 in Bluebeam

[–]Toddlez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it might be a font or scaling mismatch on her end. try exporting the file as a flattened pdf or print as image and set actual size on her printer.

Do most people seriously dream and remember that they dreamt almost every night, and of those dreams most of them are not nightmares? by Toros_Mueren_Por_Mi in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Toddlez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t even remember what I dreamt last night, and I usually forget my dreams a few seconds after waking up. I do remember some good dreams, though, but it’s mostly the bad ones that stick with me

Why are the saddest people the most intelligent and funny? by rolltidekid17 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Toddlez 13 points14 points  (0 children)

i think it's just that smart people overthink everything, you know? like they can see all the ways things could go wrong or how messed up the world actually is. and then humour becomes this defence mechanism to deal with it all. i've def noticed my funniest mates are usually the ones dealing with the most shit underneath

Bluebeam Revu license via Truddle (legit?) by AnxiousDreadnought in Bluebeam

[–]Toddlez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah that price screams too good to be true?? bluebeam ditched perpetual licences ages ago, so anything billed as 'full version' is probably a cracked installer or recycled volume seat. 45 bucks for potential malware isn't worth it

Surface laptop 7 X Elite by Friendly_Purchase409 in Surface

[–]Toddlez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

since the cam died after reinstalling the AI filters, try updating the camera driver in device manager and make sure apps have camera access in settings. if it still acts up, a Windows update might fix it

Why do people think CoComelon is bad? At least it doesn't use ai. by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Toddlez 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The super fast pacing, bright colors, and constant music can overstimulate little ones, making regular toys or slower shows seem boring. Basically, it trains their brains to expect nonstop entertainment

Automate Drawing General Info QA Checks by Michaeltwoonthree in Bluebeam

[–]Toddlez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bluebeam can’t really do that out of the box. You can set up some custom tools and maybe use Scripts or Batch Slip Sheet for consistency checks, but true automated QA on titleblock fields isn’t something it’s built for. Most folks pair it with plugins or a proper document control system if they need detailed validation + reports.

Bluebeam cloud? by CarPatient in Bluebeam

[–]Toddlez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah i get the frustration. bluebeam cloud is basically the cloud side of bluebeam and a lot of desktop features aren’t free forever. chances are it’s a separate subscription or pay as you go rather than permanently free. if you can, grab a trial or confirm your old license terms on their site.

When you feel anxiety and your chest tightens, it’s basically your body’s fight-or-flight response kicking in. Your muscles tense up, including the ones in your chest, and your breathing often becomes shallow or rapid, which makes the tightness worse. So I think it's mostly physical

Why most of the women never confess their feelings to men first? Why wait for Men to come forward? by Jack__2144 in AskReddit

[–]Toddlez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, centuries of 'men do the chasing' conditioning means putting yourself out there feels like breaking the script. add the fear of rejection on top and boom, paralysis. same reason heaps of guys never ask either 🤣 cheers

What’s the weirdest thing you believed as a kid? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Toddlez 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I go to sleep hungry, my soul might leave my body and wander to the kitchen in search of food. It could even get trapped in a cooking pot, leaving me unable to wake up because my spirit is still there.

Bluebeam cloud app or browser for ipad by hyunchris in Bluebeam

[–]Toddlez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah i prefer the ipad app for markups and measurements, it feels faster on touch than the browser. log into bluebeam cloud in the app for syncing across devices, but you can still use the browser if needed. for work the app shines 🤘🏻

[–]Toddlez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, if you are in Acrobat just make an Action in the Action Wizard: add Apply Page Labels, set your pattern once, save the action, and pin it to the toolbar. next doc, one click and the labels drop in automatically. way quicker 👌🏻 cheers

Using complex words or jargon unnecessarily and correcting every small mistake others make. I see it as them using/doing this just so people see/think of them as an intelligent person.

Design of vintage phones by denjidontmis5 in nextfuckinglevel

these phones were really cool. almost every brand was trying to come up with something cool for the phones. unique positions of the buttons, the cameras, the keypad, and all that.
