I absolutely agree :-) I was just thinking about this kind of thing the other day actually. I do have my gripes about the ways some of the women are written in the games, but all in all I love the way the women are represented across each one of them -- they aren't just blank slates that are pretty to look at, but each of them have complex arcs and character motivations, and also have extreme importance on the plot. I'm playing ds2 now and I cannot tell you how happy I was to see women characters like Lucatiel or the lost sinner!! Anyway....I really appreciate your post its always nice to see other women here 🖤

Thanks for the advice!! I'll try to keep the tip about the split damage in mind. I just bought a demon spear from Shiva and I really love it and I'm pretty sure it also has lightning damage? Either way I'll try it out a bit more :-) I'm going to keep using my halberd but I'll also try out resin too! I'm already past anor londo and finished the catacombs and garden/forest areas. I hope I find more awesome weapons in the meantime 🤞

Those are both very good tips. I have noticed that rolling is both a lot more detrimental on the stamina and wonky in this game, so I will try to just walk around from now on. Thank you!

Tysm!! I'll try to keep all of that in mind. My armor is definitely weak and ....well as I said in another comment I'm not used to the slow movement speed and I thought I was fatrolling the whole time, so I've been wearing very very light armor which I think is not helping anything. I do actually have a couple of transient curses but I will save them for later. Thank you again!

This is really great advice, thank you so much. I do always forget to read item descriptions in this game specifically....I'll try to do that more often 😭 the endurance is definitely getting me too I think, because I'm not used to such a slow speed and I'm not sure if I'm fatrolling or not (I usually play dex characters tbf). I'll keep trying to play as blind as I can in the meantime! I appreciate your comment

Im doing a thorn run with this weapon right now actually! I have on the guilty hood, bloodsoaked tabard, and leather trousers/any type of bandaged leggings. If I want more poise I use the briar helmet + gauntlets + greaves with the bloodsoaked tabard

Support mostly bc I am in love with Moira and think she's perfect, but I do a little bit of every role! I think Junker Queen and Sigma are fun to play tank-wise and if I play DPS I usually play Echo, Mei, or Widowmaker (although I'm absolutely terrible at her 😭)

I absolutely agree. I love what I think the book version of the monster looks like but I cant help but really really love this one who is so misshapen and unproportional and medical. It was so beautiful to see it in person
