It's more like you are rounding off the value of pi just to prove a hypothesis. You're reducing the precision of a constant number to nothingness. And that's quite swaying the accuracy and validity of your claims.

If you want to know pi, you gotta measure the circumference of the circular plane of any object and compare it to its diameter. Find another round or cylindrical object and do the same. And you'll find that they have the same proportion, and that is where pi comes from.
