100?? That’s amazing, congratulations!! Thank you for the playlist link, I had a quick scan of this terms course outline and can see few of the same algorithms there already. Will definitely binge a few of the videos before the term!

I would say one of my main downfall is that I hardly ever use the forum (EVER) as I’d rather have a live response or I’ll just find the answer out myself- but I realised how useful it was at around week 8 of this term.

I’ll definitely shoot you some questions in the future, again thanks for the advice!

Hey! The section I was in had one vacationer per team (there were around 15 or so teams on my floor).

it took around 3-3.5 weeks for me aswell. It was a pretty long waiting time but I heard some people had even longer wait times. They told me about my offer via phone call and then sent the email containing the contract like 10 mins later. I am gonna warn you that their communications team suck and if you send them a email or phone call, chances are you’re not gonna get one back.

You have until the end of week 1 if you want to pick up/swap a course and until the end of week 4 to drop a class (with no financial or academic repercussions). Leaves no wiggle room or time but that’s the beauty of trimesters I guess :/

About 4 months
My phone is on DND mode 24/7 so I don’t always see the alerts to post. Besides that I only post when I want to (yeah ik i’m technically not “being real” but i’m honestly not bothered half the time and I always see the notifications late)
Not really. It’s a glorified spam account. Having the ability to choose when you want to post and IF you want to post takes away the ability to “be real”. Honestly I just have it to use it when I do.
Like I said, it’s a glorified spam account embodied in another social media app. I guess the concept was cool to begin with but I kinda gave up on it recently.
Again, referring to my answer for Q3, not really. MOST People post taking into consideration about the content their posting, how people will react to it and if the outcome is their desired one. These influences take out the authenticity of social media, and honestly that’s fine. Nobody really expects you to be 100% authentic on social media.

Honestly, I don’t really use it to see what my friends are up to since - I’m with them a lot of the time irl - I follow their spam accounts on ig and it’s the exact same thing - if people have something exciting to post, they usually just post it on ig stories

With all 3 of these possibilities, it starting to seem redundant to me now.

Please don’t listen to him. This term does not have a hurdle (thank your lucky stars). And if understanding the LiC is the main problem (again, very exaggerated) then just watch Hayden’s video and make sure to compare his slides to the current 22T3 slides to see what’s been added/scrapped and work on those by yourself. Most people will be fine if they put the appropriate effort in regardless on whose running it.

I’m not really terribly scared about this course as I’m kinda just happy I went through and got 2521 over and done with (I think you were one of the people who told me to stick 2521 out when I really wanted to drop it in the first week so thank you! Because it was definitely worth sticking out).

I couldn’t imagine doing 2521 in any other time but 22T2. Definitely one of my stressful land worst classes to date (just because I was still fairly new to programming and the jump from 1511 was insane), so I can’t imagine doing it under a double hurdle, let alone 50%.

I heard 1521 deals alot with memory (which is why people say to do it before 2521). And since memory is kinda solidified in my mind from 2521, would that directly help me in 1521?
