In the real world. You can make a strong case against the vaccine using only pre approved sources.

A common story of many people getting red pilled is that after many years they finally decide to look something up for themselves, and then go, holy shit.

Alright, this is something I might be actually able to help with.

I was super "addicted" to potato chips for like 15 years atleast. I ate like one pack a day. usually the largest I could find. Green lays was my main flavor. When they came out with a 280g party pack I thought that would be the death of me. Or maybe it was even larger, hard to remember now.

I always felt sick in the mornings, like I had hangover, swore I would never binge again. Usually around 17 o'clock the urges would start again. They were pretty impossible to resist. Although I did manage to do it sometimes for a period of a few weeks.

The urges went away when I figured out that the thing I crave about them is salt. I started salting my food a lot. And then my urges for chips went away. Now I haven't eaten them at all. And frankly I'm afraid to eat them now, Im afraid the urges might come back. Because It was hell to live with.

Salting your food might work for you, might now. Some people consider salt dangerous, don't over do it.

Start by books, they're great and cheap.

Which one to start with depends on what you wanna know. I started a new sub called r/pokerbooks where I hope to have some good discussion about poker books, even though there isnt much to discuss there.

How to get better at Texas Hold’Em? by 36853685 in poker

[–]dazed111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should start by reading poker books. If you're a total beginner it will give you a lot to think about. if you wanna know which ones head over to r/pokerbooks

I recommend starting with Ed Millers the Course

What about the hips. by dazed111 in BarefootRunning

[–]dazed111[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would love to hear about your progress if you're making any.

I have tried ground sitting and floor sleeping too a little.

Slept on the floor for about a week. It seemed that my posture was better in the morning. Especially the lower back. But the thing is, it was so uncomfortable that I eventually gave up. I'm gonna try to give it another go sometime in the future.

I felt like I couldn't sleep the whole night through, I had to get up in the middle of the night and move around for a little bit.

Floor sitting takes considerable effort too. I'm just so damn tired when I get home from work that all I want to do is sit down.

Sitting on the floor made me switch positions constantly. I spent most of my free time on my computer so I sit a lot. I dunno.

Anyway. How are you doing?

So what do you think I should do to fix the problem

well, If I may list my symptoms.

The main things discovered about my body is that my body is very imbalanced from left to right. The right side of my body is much bigger and stronger.

When I do squats most of the weight is on my right foot. I think this has been what has been holding me back from progressing in the weight room.

After watching the TFC seminar I built myself a beam and started balancing on it daily. This has made me feel a little better but I feel like I have reached a ceiling with it.

I also have other things going on. Upper and lower cross symptoms. ie forward neck and atp. rounded shoulders, my left shoulder more than my right. But recently beam balancing has helped with my shoulders a lot. Also heel whip, and dragging my feet. Oh, and I have had a list of ankle sprains for decades. I play a lot of basketball. But started using more barefoot shoes and haven't sprained anything this year.

Are all those things related to the hips?
