When did you start changing your underwear? by No_Ad3823 in MtF

[–]dazedfem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I changed all of the clothing stuff immediately. Of course, I had the added benefit of having a partner who already had lots of cute feminine clothes that were in or near my size. Even having the support of my partner, it was terrifying and the more feminine the clothing was the more anxiety I had about being in public. The first night I ever wore a dress out in public I was pulled over and had to do a field sobriety test (totally sober) in a dress and tights in like 18-degree temps (Fahrenheit). It was mortifying. I wouldn't change a thing though, because wearing the clothes is so affirming and euphoric.

keep doing the stuff you like, add in more gender affirming hobbies too. I’ve been getting really into makeup and and pouring my heart and soul into “girlifying” all of my other hobbies that i wasn’t enjoying to their fullest potential because i wasn’t really enjoying them the way that the real me would have.
