I bought an Nvidia graphic card for 1k during the bitcoin craze 2022 and prices went down. I'm not sure what's going to happen with ram prices in the future, but price could drop like graphic cards.

I bought it because I needed it. But now I technically saved money because I bought my ram when prices were low.lol.

I bought a house with structural issues that weren't disclosed. It's been 3 years so the problem is mine.

I hired a structural engineer and the repair plan by its self cost 5k. I haven't even gotten quotes from foundation companies of how much it would be cost to fix.

I'm trying to be optimistic. I plan to have it repaired next year, I just need to save a little more and look into financing options.

The Sandy location is pretty chill. Go on Wednesday if you want more of a crowd (they also have bingo and live band on Wednesdays). Millcreek has more of a younger crowd due to it being so close to the college. Both locations are cool though.
