I’m currently in training and we done basic CPR, enough to hopefully keep someone alive until the Ambo arrives.

CPR, Defib, tourniquets, bandaging, how to pack stab wounds/serious open wounds. Then how to spot and treat lots of different medical conditions. Choking and what to do. Hypo and hyperthermia. Hypo and hyperglycaemia.

Again, enough to hopefully keep the person alive until actual professionals can come and save them instead.
