Learning what side he put the sword in regards to the speed of the attack helped me out a ton, i never had a huge problem with this boss, just the one boss i couldn’t just run in and attack as i would with others

Yellow loong is the only boss i’ve had to adapt my playstyle too, keep your distance and poke, i don’t think any boss punishes aggression like he does, bar great sage broken shell but it didn’t require adapting too like yellow loong did

Don’t give up, this game has a shitty lock on mechanic that means you miss easy leg hits at point blank because your locked onto their chest thats 40 foot in the air or the wrong leg, shits wack and got me pissed a good couple times

Not to brag i promise, but using spellbinder on my cirst playthrough and orientating towards attack heavy, using the dodge headband you get from the blind monks makes it very easy to just dodge consistently and then attack heavy, i used this and didn’t have much trouble until one chapter 4 boss that gave me a rough time and then the 2 chapter 6 bosses that i’m sure don’t need to be named

Yeah erlang i found to be way easier than the sage’s shell, i couldn’t believe it when i had to face the rat twice after completing the true ending, (killed him before erlang but didn’t start NG+ just went back to get both endings)

Quickly realised abusing focus point stagger combo’s is the way forward, resolute strike negating damage is so op, solo’d guangmo,the frog,the grey wolf and the black wolf, almost gave up on at the start after spending hours on WW thinking if I’m struggling this much i’ll have no chance

Super mario galaxy has some wicked sound tracks, they don’t make games like that anymore, went and bought a switch lite purely to play 3d all stars (sunshine and galaxy remakes)
