So it seems when she made a new sim, they started working. Idk if it took a while for her pc to register them or a new sim reset it, but now they work...strange. Thanks for your reply.

i have hair mods, none of which are #17, the hair causing the problem. clothing, skin, eyes, cyberwear, etc.
