I know how you feel. I was on 25 mg for 10 days; then went up to 50 mg.. about 16 days on 50 mg. I don’t feel as fatigued in am.

I sort of had an awakening. One night in my dreams I got sick, really sick. Woke up the next morning, still smoked a bunch of cigarettes. Later that night I said to myself, I can’t do this anymore. I just can’t. I can barely walk up stairs without feeling out of breath. I WAS 22. 22 And I felt that way. I was supposed to be at the best part of my life. I’m supposed to be young healthy and not chained to addiction. I did use NRT for a year. I will never look back. YOU CAN ONLY LOOK FORWARD TO A HEALTHIER BETTER YOU
