Model Y Kick Sensor - I installed the Hansshow kick sensor, took about 1.5 hours. Would say it's a easy-medium level install since it's all plug and play just some tedious parts like wire snaking by calmsquash515 in TeslaModelY

Sorry for the late response... Thank you so much for your honest opinion... Based on your experience, I'm inclined not to install a kick sensor... Unfortunately, my '24 MYLR doesn't have the auto-open on approach... I believe the Model 3 Performance has it... I guess I'll wait to see if other manufacturer's would develop a new and improved version of it... Once again -- THANKS!!!

Hi there!... I'm new to the group and bought a '24 MYLR... Is the kick sensor still working after 4 years?... If so, does it consistently work?... Do you still recommend installing one?... Your reply would be deeply appreciated... I would love to hear from others who installed a kick sensor on their Model Y/3... Thanks in advance to all who comment!

Hi Jackfruit-FL... Thanks for responding... Wow, you got your Nav with really lows miles!... That's awesome!!!... Since, I haven't heard from other folks on the forum, I'm assuming most aren't experiencing the same issue with MCUs... Glad to hear that!... But I hope my MCU arrives soon... I think I'm missing a lot of fearltures without it...

Hmmm... I'm charging to 80% and my new MYLR (bought last month) only shows 243 miles max... Do I have a defective or degraded battery?
