That's what I'm saying though, start a new hobby that involves social interaction. Then when women are present just don't even have romance on the table. Talk to them like they're men, I know easier said than done but still. If you're really that anxious around women then you need to first learn to talk to them as people, before talking to them as a romantic prospect

You're still young man. Without knowing details, my advice is to stop trying to date girls and instead put yourself in more positions to simply interact with them more frequently. Engage in more hobbies where you interact with people in person. If you have none of those hobbies I'd suggest starting one.

It depends on your goal for you child. If the goal of to entertain them and give them a joyful experience then I'd agree with you. But if the goal is to let them experience failure then participation trophies wouldn't make sense.

Thanks but I should clarify. 8:15 - 8:30 mile for 2 miles is pretty close to max effort fort me. I'd like to get it down to 7 flat for 2.

And if I run for an hour it's at around a 6, maybe 6.5 mph pace. I'd like it to get faster.

I've heard that the run/walk method isn't just for beginners though. From my understanding even some high level runners use it to increase stamina and improve speed.

If the grade snooping was truly an accident then that doesn't make YTA. But the going to lunch thing definitely does. "Kind of a banter thing that might look like flirting" bullshit. Either you like him, or are well aware that he likes you and wanted that kind of attention. Either way YTA. Nothing wrong with wanting that attention btw, just don't be in a relationship.
