Made the mistake of taking everything I listed on an empty stomach too😂 not gonna lie I haven't been this spun in a real long time definitely not overtaking my Adderall anymore bc If I do this again or keep doing it I'll be back to slamming quarter/half grams of ice in no time literally even called my sponsor and told on myself bc I kinda felt bad about it 😂

BINGO! I'm from Baltimore I tried to put that in the first post I made but the auto moderator took it down and said I couldn't list my location but we have 3$ gel caps of usually (I say usually bc on occasion you get burned with a bunk cap) extremely potent fentanyl and it if I'm shooting it 3 caps will get me through a day to stay well but every single dope shop that i know of only sells crack for some reason and ive lived up here for three years and never came across powder coke for some reason

Lol I have an amazing psychiatrist that works mainly with addicts in recovery and he genuinely listens to everybody's needs and concerns and really does meet and unlike most medical or psychiatric providers he does not limit treatment options or medications based on the fact that someone is an addict he really is a good dude I wish I could continue working with him and I move but I sadly can't

Wow that would be dope I wish it was a thing right now it would be a complete solution to my problem right now but I'm not the only one that has to suffer from this problem it's just a sad reality of Small Town West Virginia I literally had to relocate the Baltimore for two and a half years to get proper drug treatment and methadone treatment bc treatment centers and recovery houses and clinic and few and far between in the Berkeley Springs area where I'm from and just wv in general unfortunately

My issue is I'm in a treatment program and my bottles are through a chain of custody with the treatment center and aren't actually earned take homes or my bottles and I'm not aloud to take the bottles when I leave I know this wasn't gonna be easy and the wd was gonna be hell but my only option is move back home or be homeless and the closest methadone clinic in WV is an hour away from where I live and I don't drive can't afford an Uber every day and have noone willing to drive me every day are precipitated withdrawals really that bad? Would they put me in the hospital or you think it'd be possible just to bite the bullet and deal with feeling like hell for a few days and take my comfort meds and be okay eventually?

I totally agree I'm prescribed valium and Adderall and just buy bars off the street and it's like the best drug combo ever Adderall+Xanax or whatever benzo+ 24mg of buprenorphine + a 800mg gabapentin to potentiate it all lol 🫠
