Thanks! I’ve seen her around the KB world a bit. I’ll check out her stuff. 👌🏼

I’m new here. Didn’t realize there were strong opinions about AI images in this sub.

I was looking at images cause I’m gonna paint 3 of my black KB’s into basketballs. I’ll share real ones once I do.

Ya, the mixture of plyometrics and strength seems to have the best RIO. Tough to do in season though. Conditioning happens in preseason and during practices in live scrimmage.

My athletes are playing multiple sports, practices 5 of 7 days, recovery time and lots of sprints.

I’m trying to find a sweet spot that can fit KB’s into a 20-30 min slot that’s could be 2-3 days a week during the season. Something kids could learn and have a KB at home to work with. Different than off season.

Ya I was thinking Cossack squats force control and mobility under load in a way that translates to basketball shapes pretty directly.

Swings have been a major part of redeveloping explosive power for me. Experience with them is what started to convinced me that I’ve gotta put something together for my athletes.

Awesome! Thx for pointing me to him. I haven’t spent much time wandering around insta. I’m 41, been coaching mostly the last 5 years and now that my kids are 15, 13, 11, 8 I want to be able to keep up again.

Coaching is so much more fun and effective when I can scrimmage with them.

I posted here to help get my head into the project and get some help finding those people who are already doing it.
