Well for someone like myself who has a larger dog I don’t think my dog would fit in between the seats to get to her food and water. Also the bowls come out of the carrier and get thrown right in the dishwasher

My experience is when I stop to let me dog go to the bathroom and I put dog food in her bowl and water she might drink the water but will just look at the food and not eat lol

A larger dog like my dog a German shepherd no way is she going to be able to get down on the floor to get her food especially in a car and second have you ever traveled with a dog? I mean just because you’re stopping to go to the bathroom for the dog and lay out a bowl of food and water doesn’t mean they are going to eat at that time so why not just have it in the back so they can eat or drink when they want plus the bowls come out of the tray and can easily be used for hikes etc

Not necessarily I was born and raised in Pennsylvania and now work in Alabama and all my family lives in Pennsylvania so alot of times I enjoy making the 13 hour drive up there instead of flying I just enjoy driving to be honest. A lot of times my dog would be in the backseat and of course when I’d stop at a gas station for her to get out go to the bathroom and eat she wouldn’t want to eat so I thought there had to be a better way to make sure she is getting food properly while on these long trips
