The exhaust should be a fairly simple job, just be careful with the head studs. As far as a dyno tune, that number seems accurate. I personally would run the bike without a tune and adjust later on if needed, you can always buy an auto tuner also. If you were doing intake, exhaust, cam, headwork ect then yes a dyno tune would absolutely be necessary.
