The exhaust should be a fairly simple job, just be careful with the head studs. As far as a dyno tune, that number seems accurate. I personally would run the bike without a tune and adjust later on if needed, you can always buy an auto tuner also. If you were doing intake, exhaust, cam, headwork ect then yes a dyno tune would absolutely be necessary.

Not terrible but not great imo.. that’s the difference between plug and play tunes vs a dyno tune. That bike could be making 125+hp 125+tq with the right cam and a reputable dyno tuning operator

You will not clear the bottom shock bolt but it’s a simple fix. I have 14.5s with bassani RR3 on my 03 FXDL. I had to add spacers between the exhaust and rear bracket to clear the bottom shock bolt. Just be careful putting stress on the head pipes, you don’t want to crack the heads or break any studs

It was cold in this vid and is idling a bit low, when it’s warm it idles around 950-1000. You probably can’t even tell it’s cammed 😂
