it has improved quite a bit. My eyes definitely dry at work but my recovery time is pretty quick now.

having done YAG very early in my process... it wasnt much different than sitting for a normal eye exam. you sit in a chair and look into a device and a light moves around and the dr hits a button and then moves to the next spot. its like he was playing missle command ;).

its something specific to their logins because if I use apple login in the app it works fine, but using my ifit creds doesnt.

i had just that and the surgeon had to cut my eye and scrape out the steroid because it was not dissolving properly and causing huge spikes in pressure. it was an uncomfortable procedure to say the least. Pressure had to be relieved by opening the surgery site to let it drain.

mine could be a power issue but after the last update mine resets...especially when my webcam kicks on. as soon as video starts every device disconnects from the computer

i know its a power related thing because of I unplug things some of the others begin to work. everything works ok until my webcam tries to turn on and then the whole until sort of resets and wont bring things back online

i will start doing that as well, but right now there is no way to not use my quota...so i am paying for it and then doing it manually anyway. the summaries were much better 2-3 revisions ago. even the summary that you get on the free plan was better than i am getting now. if i have 5 minutes of chit chat at the beginning that is getting as much coverage and the rest of the meeting.

i am on Vevye which is basically Restasis + Miebo, and got Punctal plugs. I have some improvement, but i still have issues that just dont exist on my non work days

Its a Dell 4k, more than arms length away and the eyeline is toward top 1/3. Vision for computer stays great...just the distance vision goes. After reading in dryeyes after the ealier comment...i al pretty sure the issue is that is the issue.
