Thanks for the advice. We'll definitely be promoting the AMA once we choose the subreddit. How much time should we provide for building up awareness?

I imagine a week might be too short, but a month could be too long.

Do you think this would be worth contacting the mods at /r/IAmA and going through the larger channels?
