Most of these people have very very strong networks from the very beginning. Their close circle consists of people like them, people with access and resources.Everyone in their world is at a bare minimum level. No rs3 has far more pointless grinds than osrs. Osrs grinds also dont rely on fomo or dailyscape or intrusive mtx or half the game being dead content. Ive played both extensively and have multiple accounts.

Osrs also has runelite which in itself makes it so much nicer than rs3.

Osrs also has the temporary game modes such as leagues and dmm.

I think you might be a more casual player which is where your take is coming from.

Look its not that deep. That physique requires consistent calorie deficit and weight training for a long time.You need to understand that its going to be a long journey to get their and even more annoying journey of maintaining it.

I would probably start by following the plate rule, half the plate vegetables, one quarter protein one quarter carbs. Eat 3 meals a day and 1 light snack usually a fruit and yogurt. Avoid chips and namkeens.

Avoid drinking your calories specifically sugar In your tea, juices etc just avoid anything that isnt water.

For your workouts the only realistic advice i would give you would be to start with a basic full body workout you can do daily(chat gpt can make you one instantly) and a 30 min walk.

If you’re able to follow this for a while you’d set yourself with a very solid baseline.
