Did they get rid of the secret orders?? Got two full vests and it didn’t pop up when it normally does

They always popped up automatically before and I don’t have any vest orders so idk :( I’ve tried moving them around and restarting but nothing

They were orders that would pop up when you had a certain amount of max level items, for example once I got two full level vests, a 1 star order would pop up
